Steven L. Parker grew up in Northwest Arkansas, and attended the University of Arkansas where he earned a B.S. degree in Environmental Science with High Honors. He then attended Indiana University, earning an M.S. degree in Environmental Science and his law degree. Following graduation, he worked for the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency in Dallas, Texas for five years. After returning to Northwest Arkansas, he was in private practice for three years before becoming the Director of the Boston Mountain Solid Waste District for ten years. He returned to private practice in 2006 and formed Parker and Zega, PLC with Steve Zega in 2010. When Mr. Zega left in 2015, Mr. Parker formed WWC Law, PLC. Mr. Parker is licensed to practice law in all state and federal courts in Arkansas and is a member of the Washington County and Arkansas Bar Associations.
